A mother is the harbinger and builder of a new generation, it is she who links the old values and norms thereby ensuring stability in the social structure. Every mother is a Parashakti and a Jagadambi. The Mahabharat, it has been sung, “There is no sacred love like the Vedas, there is no perception like the mother”. A woman’s status and attitude to life is transformed when she becomes a mother because she becomes a creator. The term motherhood exudes a sanctity which permeates the atmosphere with serenity and peace, with an aura of love and selflessness. A child requires a great deal of mother’s company to strengthen personality. though motherhood is exclusively the woman’s domain, bringing up the child is also the father’s responsibility. Women ought to dispel the notion that only girls must do all the housework and render service to men. Motherhood forms the fabric of our cultural heritage. It is our duty to lend it more power for the coming generations.
My dear Krishna,
I was not aware that a forum exists on this noble site. Pardon me, I am new. You are very perceptive in making motherhood a topic for conversation and if more people take interest, a lively, give and take sort of discussion. I hope we are not just two to discuss here. I was appaled to notice and it feels so dejected at the same time that no one visits these wonderful pages. Let me be frank, if you will allow me to be frank in the first place. It takes two to have a conversation. It taakes two dozen to have a wonderful discussion. It takes two units to have a life or death fight. It takes two great armies to have a respectable war, More the merrier, as in case of the second world war, where Yankees, British and other allied armies were having good time, not to forget the fact that Japan would not have this single-side war. Japan, China, Korea Australia, India, sorry, India participated in the war as British army. The fact, however, clearly states the principle that "More the Merrier."
Bring dozen of your friends to this forum. I promise you that I would bring the world to participate. I have that power. Trust me, I do. I am "The Prince Charming," as far as the gift of the gab is concerned.
Bye and have a wonderful day, make it two, for the starters.
